At Guitar Togs, we try our hardest to avoid them but mistakes happen and are sometimes outside of our control. If you receive an item from us that is damaged, has any sort of defect or is not what you ordered, then we will give you a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund. Please let us know by using the Contact Us page or sending an email to sales@guitartogs.com with the details including a photo showing the problem and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible.

Cancellation

Our T-shirts are printed especially for you once you place an order, so we can only cancel an order up to the point it enters production. Making products on demand instead of in bulk reduces waste due to overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
